I-Star Lighting Bluetooth Mesh Wireless Control System
Bluetooth modules simplify lighting controls with an easy-to-install wireless network that gives users the ability to control color temperature and brightness with standard dimming controls.
I-Star Lighting’s Bluetooth® Control System enables lighting system designers to simplify the installation of a wireless mesh network to control multiple fixtures using standard 0 – 10V dimming controls. The system includes Bluetooth transmitter and receiver modules, paired with a tunable LED driver and an I-Star Gateway programmable interface controller that delivers a wirelessly-controlled, fully tunable and dimmable lighting network at a fraction of the cost of proprietary lighting control systems.
I-Star Lighting’s Bluetooth Mesh control system was recognized by the Illumination Engineering Society in the 2019 Progress Report, selected by an impartial judging process for uniqueness, innovation, and significance to the lighting industry.
I-Star Bluetooth transmitter module
Hard-wired to any standard 0 – 10V dimmer at the point of control (typically a wall switch)
I-Star Bluetooth receiver module
Hard-wired to a LED driver that controls one or multiple standard LED light fixtures, enabling color temperature as well as dimming control.
I-Star Gateway programmable interface controller
Provides central control and user programmability for the overall lighting system to adjust color temperature and light intensity for specific times over the course of the day. The system can also be programmed to respond to the inputs from light sensors in the room.
I-Star Bluetooth Mobile App
Enables the user to program the Gateway interface controller, and pair the transmitter and receiver modules for secure communications.
